What

Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

Where

Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, De Kalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Mercer, Nodaway and Worth.

When

Through Wednesday afternoon.

Impacts

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Additional details

- Some areas have already received 4 to 7 inches of rain. Another 2 to 4 inches of rain are forecast, which may lead to flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
