Northwestern Motley County in northwestern Texas... Southwestern Hall County in the Panhandle of Texas... Southeastern Briscoe County in the Panhandle of Texas... * Until 500 PM CDT. * At 415 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles east of South Plains, or 16 miles northeast of Floydada, moving northeast at 10 mph.

70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
