SVRAMA The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Lipscomb County in the Panhandle of Texas... North central Hemphill County in the Panhandle of Texas... * Until 615 PM CDT. * At 512 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Glazier, or 12 miles south of Lipscomb, moving northeast at 15 mph.
