Description
Overview
At 721 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has ended across the warned area, but flooding is expected to continue. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
