Overview
At 1129 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles west of Buckboard Marina, which is 18 miles north of Manila, moving northeast at 40 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

Impacts
Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Green River. This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 78 and 96.
