Description

A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm... At 130 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a few gusty showers, possibly developing into thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers and storms were located 7 nm east of Melbourne Beach, or 8 nm east of Indialantic, moving west at 20 knots and will push onshore the coast with a brief downpour and gusty wind.

Instructions

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
