Overview
At 736 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles north of Hite Marina, or 22 miles southeast of Hanksville, moving northeast at 40 mph.
Hazard
Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Garfield and southeastern Wayne Counties. This includes the following highways... Utah Route 95 between mile markers 9 and 31. Utah Route 276 between mile markers 0 and 3.
