FFWIWX The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southern Adams County in northeastern Indiana... Wells County in northeastern Indiana... * Until 245 PM EDT. * At 1048 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since last evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
