Overview
FFWSLC The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... San Juan County in southeastern Utah... * Until 300 PM MDT. * At 1201 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 0.75 inches in 30 minutes. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Mainly rural areas of San Juan County including Sei Billikoon, Face Canyon Creek, West Canyon Creek, and other drainages and canyons between the Arizona border and Lake Powell.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
