Overview
At 232 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Mantua, or 8 miles east of Brigham City, moving northeast at 20 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

Impacts
Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Logan, Brigham City, Smithfield, Hyrum, Wellsville, Mantua, Utah State University, Benson, Peter, North Logan, Providence, Nibley, Hyde Park, Millville, River Heights, Mendon, Paradise, Amalga, College Ward, and Avon. This includes US Route 89 between mile markers 459 and 470.
