FFWTWC The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 615 PM MST. * At 311 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... St. David, Tombstone, Fairbank and Charleston. This includes the following highways... Route 80 between mile markers 300 and 329. Route 82 between mile markers 58 and 67.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
