Description
The heavy rain has ended across the Escalante drainage, and flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Elevated flows will likely persist along the Escalante River to its terminus at Lake Powell through the evening hours. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 AM MDT Thursday for portions of southern and southwest Utah.
