FFWTWC The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... North Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 630 PM MST. * At 437 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Willcox, Cochise and Kansas Settlement. This includes the following highways... Route 191 between mile markers 56 and 89. Interstate 10 between mile markers 329 and 355. Route 186 between mile markers 327 and 342.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
