- At 646 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Safford, Clifton, Thatcher, Solomon, Morenci, San Jose, Safford Regional Airport, Roper Lake State Park, Pima, Central, Fort Thomas, Swift Trail Junction, Frye Mesa Dam, Mount Graham, Fort Grant, Bonita, Guthrie and Three Way. - This includes the following highways... Route 78 between mile markers 155 and 164. Route 191 between mile markers 93 and 185. Route 75 between mile markers 397 and 398. Route 70 between mile markers 305 and 366.
