- At 1234 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fallen earlier this evening. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain had fallen. - Dispatch reported areas of high water. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
