Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Additional rounds of showers and storms are likely Thursday afternoon through the overnight hours. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may occur with storms during the afternoon and evening, with lighter rainfall overnight. Wildfire burn scars, urban areas, communities with underdeveloped infrastructure, complex terrain, and areas where the ground is already saturated will be favored for rapid runoff and flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
