Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where
Portions of northwest Illinois, including the following counties, Carroll, Rock Island and Whiteside and east central Iowa, including the following counties, Benton, Cedar, Clinton, Iowa, Jackson, Johnson, Jones, Linn, Muscatine and Scott.

Until 10 AM CDT this morning.
Impacts
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Additional details
- A saturated atmosphere will result in rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour at times are possible. Localized rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches could occur (10-20% chance) near the Highway 30 corridor.
