Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1141 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated continued rain and isolated thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Wayne, New Haven, Woodburn, Monroeville, Grabill, Aboite, Leo-cedarville, Middletown, Roanoke, Dixon, Hessen Cassel, Poe, Maples, Wallen, Hoagland, Yoder, Nine Mile, Rolling Hills and Zulu. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
