Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana... Wabash River at Wabash affecting Miami, Wabash and Cass IN Counties. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

At 21.5 feet, High water affects Piqua Rd...Ohio State Route 49 near the state line along with east side Decatur streets. Residential flooding begins on East Jackson and Ogg Streets. Bellmont High School grounds begin flooding.
