This strong thunderstorm was located across the coastal waters from Hatillo to Isabela, moving northwest at 5 to 15 knots. Locations impacted include... Mainly open waters of Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N and Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.
