Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM... * At 258 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located over open waters of Coastal waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and just north of Culebra and Saint John, Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, and Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM zones, moving northwest at 35 knots. Locations impacted include... Mainly open waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and just north of Culebra and Saint John, Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the coastal waters of Saint Croix and Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.
