Description
Overview
At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles west of North Bend State Park, or 12 miles west of Harrisville, moving southeast at 20 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

Impacts
Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Cairo, Nutter Farm, Brohard, Macfarlan, and Petroleum. This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 18 and 30.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
