At 354 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Barnyard, or 7 miles northeast of Barbourville, moving southeast at 10 mph.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile markers 12 and 18. U.S. Highway 25 East in Knox County between mile markers 1 and 8.
