SVRIND The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Carroll County in north central Indiana... Northern Tippecanoe County in west central Indiana... Northwestern Clinton County in central Indiana... * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 829 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Brookston, or 12 miles northeast of Otterbein, moving southeast at 45 mph.
