SVRCYS The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... South central Morrill County in the Panhandle of Nebraska... * Until 715 PM MDT. * At 646 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Broadwater, or 28 miles north of Sidney, moving north at 25 mph.
