Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN County. Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County. Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Wells and Adams Counties. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur...Moderate flooding is forecast.

Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record, which was a crest of 14.76 ft that occurred in July 2003.

At 15.0 feet, The 100 year flood level is exceeded. Highway 1050 S in Adams County east of Geneva begins to flood.
