SVRCYS The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Morrill County in the Panhandle of Nebraska... * Until 815 PM MDT. * At 755 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lisco, or 20 miles northwest of Oshkosh, moving east at 20 mph.
