SVRLBF The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... West central Garden County in the Panhandle of Nebraska... * Until 845 PM MDT. * At 756 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lisco, or 20 miles northwest of Oshkosh, moving east at 25 mph.
