Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

- At 1003 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
