Northeastern Garden County in the Panhandle of Nebraska... * Until 930 PM MDT. * At 841 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuge, or 20 miles north of Oshkosh, moving east at 30 mph.
