The areas affected include... Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD... At 1206 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Port Tobacco River, moving southeast at 15 knots.
