Straits of Florida from Halfmoon Shoal to 20 nm west of Dry Tortugas out 60 nm... * Until 1230 AM EDT. * At 1207 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 32 nm south of Tortugas Ecological Reserve South, moving northwest at 10 knots.
