What
For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft expected.

Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM and Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe from 15 to 80 NM.
