At 814 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Addison (Webster Springs), or near Webster Springs, moving southeast at 25 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Marlinton, Cass Scenic Railroad, Webster Springs, Addison (Webster Springs), Snowshoe, Mingo, Edray, Cranberry Mountain Nature Center, Slaty Fork, Bergoo, and Waneta.
