Overview
At 659 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Pleasant Grove, or 10 miles northwest of Provo, moving northeast at 25 mph.

Half inch hail.

Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Orem, Lehi, Draper, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Heber, Lindon, Alpine, Vineyard, Little Cottonwood Canyon, Wasatch Mountain State Park, Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah Lake, Highland, Cedar Hills, Midway, Charleston, Alta, Snowbird, and Mt Timpanogos. This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 between mile markers 271 and 280. US Route 40 near mile marker 16.
