Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM... * Until 315 PM EDT. * At 237 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm producing waterspouts was located over Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, moving east at 5 knots.
