Flooding and flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

Portions of northwest Illinois, including the following county, Whiteside and east central Iowa, including the following counties, Clinton and Jones.
When
From 1 AM CDT Saturday through Saturday evening.
Impacts
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
Additional details
- Rounds of showers and storms are expected from late tonight through Saturday. These storms will be capable of rainfall rates between 1 to 2 inches per hour. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are likely in the hardest hit areas through Saturday evening with the potential for localized areas of 3+ inches.
