Overview
At 443 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Hector, or near Manchester, moving southeast at 10 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Manchester, Enline, Essie, Brightshade, Marcum, Bobs Fork, Goose Rock, Creekville, Barcreek, Lipps, Plank, Spurlock, Stinnett, Peabody, Ice Cliff, Jacks Creek, Hosea, Ashers Fork, Roark, and Hector. THIS INCLUDES Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 20 and 41.
