SMWTBW The National Weather Service in Ruskin has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound... Coastal waters from Bonita Beach to Englewood FL out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM... * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 514 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Venice to 10 nm northeast of Don Pedro Island to 20 nm northeast of Boca Grande, moving southwest at 15 knots.
