SVRRAH The National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northwestern Sampson County in central North Carolina... Cumberland County in central North Carolina... * Until 600 PM EDT. * At 521 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Godwin, or 16 miles northeast of Fayetteville, moving south at 25 mph.
