Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 20-60 nm... At 610 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. One thunderstorm was located 28 nm east of Melbourne Beach. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
