Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- The threat for training thunderstorms with heavy rainfall continues this evening where repeated rounds of storms move across the same area, there will be a threat for flash flooding, with maximum rainfall totals of 5 to 7 inches possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
