Source

Radar indicated.

Impacts

Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Eastern Albuquerque and Sandia Heights. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 160 and 168. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 221 and 230. This warning is primarily for the arroyos and diversion channels within the affected area due to the expected increase in rapidly flowing water. Instructions
