Description
Overview
At 359 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking slow-moving heavy rain producing thunderstorms along a line extending from near Cascade to Pearl City. Movement was south at 15 mph.

Minor flooding.

Dubuque, Freeport, Galena, Asbury, Lena, Bellevue, Stockton, Epworth, East Dubuque, Warren, Peosta, Hanover, Pearl City, Elizabeth, Cedarville, Davis, Woodbine, Dakota, German Valley, and Scales Mound.
