Overview
FFWGUM The National Weather Service in Tiyan has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Guam... * Until 945 PM ChST. * At 849 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in a short amount of time. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
