- At 740 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported numerous primary and secondary roadways remain closed due to flooding across southern Mower County owing to 4 to 8 inches of rain that fell overnight. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1/2 of an inch are possible in the warned area later this morning into the early afternoon. - Some locations experiencing flooding include...
