SVRMAF The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... East central Jeff Davis County in southwestern Texas... * Until 145 PM CDT. * At 122 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles southwest of Balmorhea State Park, or 14 miles north of Fort Davis, moving east at 5 mph.
