Description
Overview
At 319 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms 7 miles north of Gate City, moving south at 15 mph.
Hazard
Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

Impacts
Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Kingsport, Bristol Tn, Gate City, Surgoinsville, Weber City, Colonial Heights, Walnut Hill, Church Hill, Mount Carmel, and Nickelsville.
