Overview
At 258 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles south of Buttermilk, moving northeast at 25 mph.

70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Woods and northeastern Harper Counties.
