SVRLUB The National Weather Service in Lubbock Texas has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Central Cochran County in northwestern Texas... * Until 400 PM CDT. * At 301 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bledsoe, or 15 miles southwest of Morton, moving northeast at 15 mph.
